Founded in 2006, ARAX PROPERTIES LTD invests in commercial real estate across Europe. The company primarily targets off-market transactions in excess of €20 million. ARAX occasionally invites co-investors. ARAX is privately owned and based in London.

ARAX has so far concluded circa €300 million of acquisitions across Germany and Poland, including office, retail and logistics assets. The company is an active manager of the properties in its portfolio, adding selectively to its existing asset base.
